Gamification is the application of game mechanics and dynamics to involve people, solve problems and improve learning, encouraging actions and behaviors in environments outside the virtual reality of games.
Gamification has been adopted in the most diverse areas (business, sales, personal development, education, etc.), due to its versatility, connecting people. In education, for example, gamification is inserted in the pedagogical process, using logic, rules and game design to make learning more attractive and motivating, making it possible to work in a multidisciplinary way and to relate theory to practice.
